FOX PAINTING
Cosmic Fox
Cosmic Fox was one of my larger paintings, completed in 2024. I began by creating a galaxy-inspired background, painting five nebulas in acrylic paint before using a toothbrush to flick paint across the canvas to create hundreds of stars.
I wanted the fur to burst with vibrant rainbow tones. Every single brush stroke was a different colour, meaning I dipped my brush back into the palette after each stroke. To keep every strand of fur crisp and defined, I worked over several sittings, allowing each layer to dry before adding the next so the colours wouldn’t blend together.

About the Artist
I was born into a naturally creative family, where art and expression were part of everyday life. From an early age, making things felt instinctive rather than something I had to learn.
At high school, I studied Art and Graphic Design, building a strong foundation in visual communication. I continued my creative education at college, studying Art, Graphic Design and Filmmaking, where I developed my skills in design, storytelling and visual media.
Today, I work in marketing while making paintings in my spare time.
